The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), which has been established for nearly 40 years, has published the "State Energy Efficiency Scorecard" of various states and cities for many years, which is called one of the most authoritative energy efficiency research institutions in the United States.
Delta Electronics Foundation, through the well-known think tank Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), has planned a collaborative research project with ACEEE, hoping to find the most valuable urban energy promotion policies and benchmarking practices in the two major fields of construction and transportation in the United States.
