The 45-minute long film Water with Life is the first 8K ultra-high-resolution environmental documentary in the world. It was filmed by NHK Enterprises which commissioned by Delta Electronics Foundation. This documentary takes the four seasons as the observation point and faithfully presents a variety of features of Taiwan's water features. From surveying to filming, it mobilized 50 manpower and took 1 year and 9 months. Through the 8K detailed images, the public can see the relationship between climate change, water environment, and human activities, including the lichen moss disappearing in the Chilan Mountains of Yilan, the ecological rejuvenation of Taiwanese salmon in Chijiawan Creek, Taichung, the Sun Moon Lake Thao People Living by the Water, and the bleaching of corals in Kenting, Pingtung, calling on everyone to face up to global warming and water resources.
